Public accessible places for launching canoes, kayaks and other similar non-motorized vessels

Hedensted Municipality 

NB: Only 2 and 3 persons canoes and 1 and 2 persons kayaks allowed. However, Stand Up Paddling boards (also called SUPs) are regarded as 1 person kayaks

  • Tørring Camping. Bredgade 67, 7160 Tørring.
    A fee of 50 DKK per vessel will be collected at the site. Please contact the site manager for more information on the site.

  • Aale Campsite. Gudenåvej 28, Åle, 7160 Tørring.

  • Aastedbro Campsite. Nørre Snedevej 149, 8763 Rask Mølle.

Horsens Municipality

NB: Only 2 and 3 persons canoes and 1 and 2 persons kayaks allowed. However, Stand Up Paddling boards (SUPs) are regarded as 1 person kayaks. On Naldal Sø og Vestbirk Sø navigation rowing in a rowboat is also allowed

  • Klostermølle. Klostermøllevej 48, 8660 Skanderborg.
    Access road and driveway to the launch and landing site are gravel-coated. NOTE: The square is not a parking space. Cars must be removed as soon as loading or unloading is done. Good parking facilities are available on the parking lot at the large garage opposite the road. Good toilet facilities.

    Please contact the sailing club before arriving, as access to the lake is controlled by a barrier.

  • Søtoften. Søtoftens Bådelaug. Søtoftens Bådelaug, 8660 Skanderborg.

  • Emborg Bro. Emborgvej, 8660 Skanderborg.

 

Silkeborg Municipality

  • Ludvigslyst. Julsøvej 244, 8600 Silkeborg.
    Very limited parking possibilities. Toilet. Sand ramp.

  • Indelukket. Åhave Alle 9C, 8600 Silkeborg and Vejlsøvej 7, 8600 Silkeborg.
    The site by Vejlsøvej is used by boat rental companies. Private users must use Åhave allé.
    Concrete ramp at Åhave allé. Toilet and parking facilities.

  • Søsportens hus. Sølystvej 111, 8600 Silkeborg.
    No parking at the site. Parking at Sølystvej. Toilet. Gravel ramp.

  • Silkeborg Langsø Øst. Ege Alle 304, 8600 Silkeborg.
    Parking facilities. No toilet.

  • Sminge Sø. Allinggårdsvej, 8600 Silkeborg.
    Toilet and parking facilities.

  • Hinge Søbad. Vinderslevholmvej 64, 8620 Kjellerup.

    Access to a handicap lift during the high season. Easy access to the launch and landing site.

Viborg Municipality

  • Gudenaacentralen. (Also known as Tangeværket) Energimuseet, Bjerringbrovej 44, 8850 Bjerringbro.

  • Bjerringbro Campsite. Gudenåvej 4, 8850 Bjerringbro.
    Limited access to parking.

  • Rindsholm. South of Rindsholm Kro and Nørreåen v. Gl. Århusvej across from Gl. Århusvej nr. 364.
    Limited access to parking.

 

Randers Municipality

  • Stevnstrup. At the end of Engvej, Stevnstrup, 8870 Langå.

  • Langå. Skovalle 16, 8870 Langå.
    Continue off the road past the campsite. To arrange the opening of the barrier please contact a member of the board before arriving (see Langå Bådelaugs webpage for more information).
    Contact information is also available at the information board by the club house. Concrete ramp. Toilet and parking facilities.

  • Fladbro. Randersvej 94, 8870 Langå.
    Ramp made of soil. Toilet and parking facilities.

  • Tørvebryggen. Tørvebryggen 11, 8900 Randers. 
    Also called ”Justensens Plæne”. No direct vehicle access to the launch site.
